About The Position

The Sr. Sales Trainer Clinical, North America is responsible for executing and delivering sales training programs designed to strengthen clinical understanding, technical proficiency, selling capability, and product credibility across Nova Biomedical’s North America Core/Clinical sales organization. Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Training, this position supports implementation of the global sales training strategy through effective facilitation, practical application, and consistent reinforcement of approved programs, tools, and methodologies. The Sr. Trainer supports new hire onboarding, foundational sales training, ongoing professional development, and portfolio-level enablement to ensure sales teams are prepared to communicate Nova Biomedical’s value proposition effectively in clinical environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of field sales, sales training, or sales management experience in a medical, diagnostic, or scientific environment.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering sales training, sales enablement, onboarding, or field development programs.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse sales audiences.
  • Ability to translate approved strategy, clinical value messaging, and selling methodologies into practical field execution.
  • Ability to travel in the field as required (15-20%).

  • Exposure to Professional Selling Skills (PSS) and Strategic Selling, programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver role-based training programs aligned with defined responsibilities and performance expectations for assigned North America clinical sales roles, including Inside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Specialists.
  • Support the development, revision, and delivery of product, workflow, and clinical value training across Nova Biomedical’s core clinical portfolio, as directed by the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Training.
  • Support new hire onboarding and ongoing development activities for tenured sales representatives.
  • Promote clarity regarding role scope, execution standards, and success measures through assigned training activities.
  • Develop or adapt supporting tools, exercises, and job aids, as assigned, to reinforce skill application in customer-facing scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to support skill reinforcement and coaching alignment consistent with the broader sales training program.
  • Assist with the development, revision, and maintenance of training materials for classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
  • Maintain assigned enablement content to ensure accuracy, currency, and alignment with North America standards and the global sales training direction.
  • Support localization and regional adaptation of training materials, as appropriate.
  • Support execution quality through assigned training initiatives aligned with observed field needs and established program priorities.
  • Collaborate with North America Sales Leadership, as directed, to understand priority skill gaps and training opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support the execution of training initiatives that advance commercial objectives.
