The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy and Operations professional to join our team. In this role, you will define and scale operational best practices, support sales strategy and planning, and drive data-informed decision-making across the sales organization. You will partner closely with sales management to assess business health, design and interpret key performance metrics, and identify opportunities to capture untapped market potential. To succeed in this role, you need a solid understanding of sales processes and industry best practices. This is important, especially in a fast-growing environment. You should be able to predict how product releases, changing coverage models, and sales policy changes will affect the sales team. Then, you must turn that insight into effective sales execution and oversight. You will also lead system enhancements and reporting initiatives needed to establish, track, and present key sales performance indicators to senior management.
