This role will be based in our offices in either New York or San Francisco. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions GTM Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building the ultimate go-to-market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs. As a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business, you will tackle the most critical challenges facing our sales organization — from shaping go-to-market strategy to optimizing operational processes — all with the goal of driving more value for our sales org and our customers. You’ll work cross-functionally to uncover insights through data, design scalable solutions, and help our Sales org operate smarter and more effectively. This individual will act as a close partner and advisor to leaders in the Large Customer North America sales organization and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. Success requires pairing technical depth with strong business judgment: taking ambiguous GTM problems, translating them into structured analytical or technical solutions, and using LLMs and AI tools to build scalable, automated solutions that teams actually adopt. As a GTM Strategy & Operations Sr Associate, you will be partnering with senior sales executives to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. The Senior Associate is also responsible for leading, program managing, and scaling operational and planning processes (e.g. building sales territories, setting sales targets, weekly forecasting, analysing revenue pipeline) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. The Senior Associate should have a strong strategic mindset and communication skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo, and work on a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from themselves and business partners.
