About The Position

Tenstorrent is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to manage the operating rhythm of its growing go-to-market organization. This role is central to deal execution, escalation management, compliance coordination, and cross-functional planning, aiming to improve sales efficiency and reduce obstacles. The position involves partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, Trade Compliance, and Operations leadership to facilitate critical deals, enhance daily execution, and develop scalable processes. This is a high-ownership role offering direct visibility into commercial execution and the opportunity to influence the scaling of Sales Operations at Tenstorrent. The role is remote and based in the United States. The company welcomes candidates at various experience levels, with the final level determined during the interview process.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related B2B go-to-market function.
  • Experience managing customer escalations, deal logistics, and order readiness in a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Comfort reviewing commercial terms at a high level before Legal engagement.
  • Ability to partner closely with Legal and Finance to keep deals moving.
  • Familiarity with forecast support, compliance coordination, S&OP participation, sales incentive plan reconciliation, and CRM-driven operational rigor.
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, subject to U.S. export laws and potential contingencies related to citizenship/permanent residency status or license approval.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex deal motions, shifting priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Work through customer escalations, contract redlines, and execution blockers with urgency and judgment.
  • Build trust and communicate effectively across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance.
  • Create structure, improve processes, and develop scalable systems from operational gaps.
  • Support deal governance and escalation processes within an AI hardware company.
  • Oversee quoting, order flow, compliance checkpoints, and cross-functional execution from deal review through fulfillment support.
  • Shape planning, process, and operating cadence in partnership with Sales leadership and adjacent functions.
  • Develop systems, rhythms, and team practices to improve deal velocity and support the scaling of a high-growth go-to-market organization.
