This is a high-impact role where you will lead major customer engagements, shape deal strategy, and help drive revenue growth across key accounts. Requirements

Strong commercial, technical, and interpersonal acumen
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with sound judgment
Proven success managing long, high-value B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and uncover opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and drive to win
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
12+ years of experience in complex B2B sales (energy or infrastructure preferred)
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel (~35% or as needed)

Responsibilities

Own and grow strategic customer relationships, managing the full lifecycle from early engagement through deal execution and expansion
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, developing winning strategies in competitive environments
Partner cross-functionally (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to deliver high-quality proposals and commercial solutions
Structure, negotiate, and close large, sophisticated deals that align customer needs with Nextpower’s capabilities
Develop and execute account plans to identify new opportunities and expand long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data hygiene
Conduct customer business reviews and act as a trusted advisor on market trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with sales leadership on pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
Manage a team of Sales Analysts/Associates to support our customers
