As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards. This role involves partnering with sales management staff, senior sales leadership, and contracted vendors to integrate sales philosophies, strategies, and techniques into the sales process to improve Net Owner Growth. You will lead in mentoring and training sales team members to enhance their overall sales performance through various methods such as one-on-one counseling, classroom modules, ride-alongs, role-playing, and providing study materials. The position also focuses on optimizing sales efficiencies and exceeding targeted net sales volume by facilitating groundbreaking training systems and methods. You will promote and support the company culture, including core values, compliance, and professional excellence. Management of the sales line includes leadership tasking, floor governance, and mentorship. Building a successful sales workforce and a positive workplace through daily management and strong sales floor processes, including continuous training, is key. Planning and facilitation of morning meetings for Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, and managers are also part of the role. The goal is to improve business results, customer experience, efficiencies, and grow cash down payment at the point of sale. You will support the DOS/Sr Sales Manager in leading the floor and acting as the point person for customer-related expectations and issues for the in-house line and action line of the Domestic sales team. Other reasonable duties as assigned by Management based upon business needs will also be performed.
