The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will partner closely with the Sales Operations Manager to help build, strengthen, and scale the Sales Operations function for Outdoor Brands at W.C. Bradley Co. This role will support the development of stronger reporting, more effective business processes, improved data quality, and more disciplined execution across the commercial organization. This role is intended for an experienced analyst who can bring structure to ambiguous problems, improve analytical rigor, and help modernize how Sales Operations supports the business. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, business acumen, technical skill, and a practical process-improvement mindset. This person will play a key role in helping Sales Operations grow into a more scalable, data-driven, and high-impact function.
