What you´ll do Lead & support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) management systems and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Henkel standards across designated facilities in the Houston Area. Lead safety, health, and environmental investigations by identifying risks, recommending engineering and process improvement solutions, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions to reduce workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental impacts across diverse operational environments. Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments; identify gaps, communicate findings, and partner with site leadership to drive timely corrective actions and continuous improvement. Independently prepare SHE reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support site-wide goals. Develop and deliver SHE training, procedures, and communications that translate regulatory and company requirements into effective workplace practices.
