Sr. Robotic Automation Technician
About The Position
This role involves troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning robotic cells and all mechanical and electrical equipment. The technician will also train the maintenance team on robotic troubleshooting and maintenance skills, contribute significantly to new automation projects, and focus on increasing uptime and improving automation project success. Additionally, the role includes driving 5S improvements and safety performance in maintenance areas, maintaining an inventory of spare parts, identifying potential failures, and implementing preventive countermeasures. The technician will participate in automation projects with a focus on maintainability and reliability, support rapid return-to-service plans, and maintain assigned 5S areas while promoting continuous improvement.

- 5+ years of experience in direct support of production robotic cells.
- Expert ability to interface with, understand, and improve automation control programs.
- Extensive experience with and knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical components and repair techniques.
- Demonstrated make-it-happen attitude.
- Proven ability and willingness to effectively train others.
- Must be able to interpret hydraulic and electric diagrams and schematics.
