About The Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Sr. Rewards Specialist in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with Signify, the world leader in lighting. The role involves conducting extensive market research to analyze current compensation benchmarks, identify trends, and ensure competitive positioning. It also supports the design and enhancement of reward strategies, salary structures, and pay frameworks. The specialist will analyze data and generate insights to inform rewards program decisions, collaborating closely with HR and Rewards colleagues to design effective and innovative reward programs. They will partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver integrated reward solutions, deliver tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and effectiveness, and implement reward programs in line with policy, compliance, and governance requirements. Additionally, the role contributes to regional and global reward initiatives, leading workstreams and driving successful project delivery where appropriate.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market research and data analysis.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
