Sr. Revenue Manager

Area15•Las Vegas, NV

About The Position

AREA15 is seeking a revenue management leader to establish and lead the revenue management function for Attractions, a newly created discipline. Reporting to the SVP of AREA15 Experiences and Attractions, the role carries commercial accountability for the Attractions P&L and owns pricing, packaging, and demand forecasting across a la carte tickets, bundles, passes, and VIP experiences. The Sr. Revenue Manager develops dynamic pricing and forecasting models informed by seasonality, historical data, and the Las Vegas events calendar, and builds the analytics and reporting infrastructure that supports pricing decisions. The role partners with Marketing, Guest Experience, Finance, IT, and venue operations to provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership that grow revenue while protecting the guest experience. It requires establishing pricing architecture, forecasting methodology, inventory processes, and analytics infrastructure from scratch, while using AREA15's existing analytics stack, including Looker, Experience OS, and connected POS and e-commerce systems.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Comfort working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment and introducing new concepts and innovations.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue management, yield management, and pricing in attractions, hospitality, live entertainment, or high-volume direct-to-consumer experience businesses.
  • Direct experience building or running dynamic pricing and demand forecasting programs, including standing up the discipline rather than only operating within an established one.
  • Familiarity with the Las Vegas market and its live entertainment and events calendar, including how demand patterns shift around major citywide events.
  • Proven commercial or P&L accountability and fluency in revenue performance, margin, and forecast variance.
  • Experience pricing and packaging a multi-product portfolio, including a la carte, bundled, and membership- or pass-style offerings.
  • Hands-on fluency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Comfort working directly in SQL or with analytics engineering partners to pull and shape data rather than relying solely on pre-built reports.
  • Experience designing and running structured A/B or multivariate experiments on pricing, packaging, or promotional strategy, with statistical rigor to draw sound conclusions.
  • Fluency in data and analytics practices, including segmentation, business intelligence tooling, and semantic-layer or single-source-of-truth data architecture.
  • Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to translate revenue strategy into requirements for marketing, technology, and operations partners.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools effectively while using sound judgment, protecting confidential information, and complying with company policies.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in environments with varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, and extreme cold.

Nice To Haves

  • Back-test forecast accuracy against actual results and refine forecasting methodology as new data and patterns emerge.
  • Own revenue management analytics from raw transactional data through executive reporting, grounding pricing and packaging decisions in data.
  • Build and maintain the semantic layer and centralized data model for Attractions revenue, guest, and transaction data as a consistent source of truth for Revenue, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Design and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and event-driven dashboards and reports covering revenue per guest, conversion, attach rate, channel mix, pricing performance, and forecast accuracy.
  • Define and report core performance indicators, including revenue per guest, upsell rate, pass and bundle conversion, storefront conversion, dynamic pricing uptime and coverage, and forecast accuracy as it informs inventory decisions.
  • Design and run pricing experiments and A/B tests for price points, bundle configurations, and promotional offers, using clear hypotheses, control groups, and statistically sound analysis.

  • Partner with IT and data engineering to ensure data quality, integrity, and timeliness across Experience OS and connected point-of-sale, e-commerce, or CRM systems.
  • Use segmentation and business intelligence to identify guest cohorts based on admissions purchase behavior, including pass type, bundle selection, visit frequency, and channel, and tailor pricing, offers, and packaging accordingly.
  • Surface insights that inform pass pricing, bundle design, and the VIP program.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Guest Experience, Finance, and venue operations to align pricing strategy with brand positioning and guest experience standards.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, decision-ready narratives and recommendations for executive leadership, including the President and SVP of Experiences and Attractions.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and technology to improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making while exercising sound judgment and protecting confidential information.
  • Respond to time-sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrate ART! service standards in every guest interaction.
  • Follow department and company policies and procedures and maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
  • Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
