As the Sr. Specialist, you will be the first contact for team members in either the bill entry or deal submission process. You will be responsible for the Retail Support associates and their performance, including approving time and time off requests. You will attend regular meetings and complete team assignments as directed by your direct reporting Retail Support Manager. Your day-to-day administrative tasks will include receiving bills for goods and services, bill entry, approval initiation/monitoring, and deal submission. You will have the authority to determine when to require additional back up prior to payment of vendors if warranted. You will maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. You will also support other ad hoc projects, duties, and tasks to support the Retail organization as assigned.
