This role serves as the primary point of contact for team members regarding the bill entry or deal submission process. The Sr. Specialist is responsible for overseeing the performance of Retail Support associates, including approving time and time off requests. This position requires attendance at regular meetings and completion of team assignments as directed by the Retail Support Manager. Daily administrative tasks include receiving bills for goods and services, bill entry, initiating and monitoring approvals, and deal submission. The role also involves determining when additional backup is needed before vendor payments and maintaining thorough and accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Additionally, the position supports other ad hoc projects and tasks for the Retail organization.
