The specialist monitors adherence to protocol standards, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures, working closely with study teams to ensure compliance. They manage study-related administrative tasks, facilitate information flow, and ensure appropriate delegation of tasks. The position also involves investigating funding opportunities, coordinating grant development, and assisting with proposal writing. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies for case monitoring, data collection, and quality control. The specialist will prepare analytical reports for leadership, manage documentation, and serve as a point of contact for external agencies and internal departments. They will also represent the departmental research efforts within the University and stay updated on industry practices and innovations.
