About The Position

This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to internal and external job applicants, Talent Acquisition team members, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Safety & Compliance Team. The individual in this role will act as a key partner to their assigned Talent Acquisition Lead while supporting full life-cycle recruitment activities and assisting in achieving department goals and metrics. A primary focus of this role will be creating, verifying, and qualifying driver applications in accordance with DOT requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1+ years of work experience.
Strong computer skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in talent acquisition, administrative duties, transportation, or event planning preferred.
Use of an applicant tracking system preferred.
Strong attention to detail and investigative skills preferred.
