About The Position

This position will be responsible for researching, analyzing, preparing summaries and processing adjustments initiated by Ethical Information Requests received from worldwide Member Practices and Compliance Departments. The Sr Representative, Member Compensation Ethical must utilize knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan, Rules of Conduct, and employ analytical and research techniques to determine impact related to the adjustments. Conduct audit and report findings of new President Team Members and above qualifications based on data analysis. This role will send letters to Distributors via email as needed or place outbound calls. The role will also provide support to management, other departments, international Distribution Centers and Herbalife Distributors. This position may require overtime/occasional flexible hours.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of finance principles related to earnings, incentives, or data analysis, gained through coursework, on-the-job experience, or self-directed learning.
  • 3 years
  • 3- 5 years of experience working in the Royalty Overrides Department
  • 2 - 3 years of experience working as an Ethical RO Rep
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute and ten-key 6,000 keystrokes per hour
  • Excellent professional communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to accurately summarize information
  • Ability to comply with rigid deadlines
  • Experience in conducting Research & Analysis on President Team Member and above qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Record Ethical Information Requests (IRs) in the Access Database (DRM) upon receipt from the Member Practices and Compliance (MPC) department.
  • Review and analyze Ethical Information Requests to assess and categorize case complexity by level.
  • Research, analyze, and prepare detailed Excel-based calculations of Distributors’ earnings based on case resolutions initiated by MPC or Legal department.
  • Verify that Information Requests include required approval signatures, appropriate supporting documentation, and confirmation that the Records Department has completed its portion of the process.
  • Proofread completed Information Requests, update their status in the Access Database, and archive them in the designated Completed IR folders.
  • Process ethical and non-ethical payment plan transactions within the first week of each month and maintain accurate, up-to-date balance sheets.
  • Following completion of the Royalty and Production Bonus runs, verify whether transactions were collected or uncollected; when collected, calculate and issue payments to applicable Distributors.
  • Manage the research and processing of urgent and high-priority Information Requests.
  • When required, prepare detailed earnings summaries and calculations to support upper management in determining next steps and potential resolutions for high-profile cases.
  • Apply strong fact-finding and analytical skills to research, calculate, and resolve inquiries related to Distributors’ royalty and production bonus earnings within designated timeframes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to support and validate all earnings adjustments.
  • Notify management when Distributor earnings are negatively impacted as a result of adjustments.
  • Process monthly EAP fee adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide effective guidance, constructive feedback, and positive reinforcement to team members to support performance and development.
  • Remain current on all processes and procedural updates related to Regular and Ethical Information Requests (IRs).
  • Lead special projects with firm deadlines, including projecting qualification and financial impact, as requested by MPC, executive leadership, and/or upper management.
  • Conduct audits of new PTM qualifications and other TAB Team qualifications, preparing detailed data-driven summaries and recommendations.
  • Apply and remove TAB Team holds in accordance with MPC requests and established procedures.
  • Update TAB Team Statuses and apply PB/WT Skips.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports accurately and within established timelines.
  • Provide support for additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
