Requirements

Proven success in asset management sales, wholesaling, or advisor relationship management.
Strong knowledge of investment products, capital markets, and advisor business models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or ability to obtain) preferred
Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with independent advisors and RIAs.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and support advisor practice growth.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan.
Deliver compelling product positioning and market insights across equity, fixed income, alternatives, and portfolio solutions.
Coordinate advisor meetings, follow-up, and business development activities to maximize sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal partners to provide an exceptional client experience.
