About The Position

The Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager leads global delivery teams supporting Direct Sourcing clients and other project recruiting needs. The role directly and indirectly manages recruiters, talent assessors, and recruitment coordinators across Global Delivery Centers, driving performance against SLAs while partnering with clients and program stakeholders on contingent workforce strategies.

Combining operational excellence with strategic leadership, this position allocates resources, coaches team members, resolves escalations, and owns performance outcomes across a client portfolio. The manager identifies talent pipeline gaps, develops sourcing and hiring strategies for evolving workforce needs, delivers data-driven insights, and supports continuous improvement to strengthen program performance and client value.

The role follows a hybrid work model and requires onsite availability in Jacksonville, Florida; Troy, Michigan; or Tempe, Arizona. The position is open to North America locations except California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Maryland.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success leading teams across multiple locations through direct and indirect leadership.
• Proven experience managing global or offshore recruitment delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce recruitment, sourcing strategy, and MSP operations.
• Experience translating workforce and operational data into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
• Strong coaching and development skills, with a track record of driving results and accountability.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence within recruitment functions.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies, ATS, CRM, VMS, reporting tools, and workforce analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery operations within the team and across Global Delivery Centers, ensuring attainment of SLAs and KPIs, operational excellence, and achievement of client workforce objectives.
• Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies addressing evolving talent needs, workforce demands, and recruitment priorities.
• Partner with program stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal business partners to identify talent pipeline gaps, execute sourcing strategies for diverse skill sets, and support Direct Sourcing program growth.
• Drive team performance through coaching, development, accountability, and proactive management of recruitment challenges, escalations, and delivery risks.
• Analyze recruitment and workforce data, identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and prepare and deliver business reviews covering program performance, client outcomes, operational results, and improvement opportunities.
• Onboard, develop, and retain high-performing team members while promoting knowledge sharing, process consistency, and best-practice adoption across global delivery teams.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize recruiting technologies, improve workflows, identify operational efficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with PMO, Finance, HR, Analytics, Technology, OpCo partners, and other groups to support business objectives and align stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for recruitment delivery issues and partner with stakeholders on workforce continuity, contractor lifecycle activities, and successful hiring outcomes.
