Responsible for leading and managing 4-6+ recruiters, while consistently achieving personal metrics. Sets team priorities, manages team performance, and collaborates closely with market sales team to ensure client expectations are met. Promotes One Judge culture of teamwork and collaboration between recruiting, sales, and back-office teams. Reports directly to the Recruiting Director, Branch Director or Managing Director depending on market maturity. Takes direction from market sales leader on delivery goals. Dotted line reporting to SVP of Recruiting Operations for recruiting operations and leadership goals.
