Blue Origin is pioneering the future of space-based communications with TeraWave, a revolutionary satellite communications network designed to deliver symmetrical data speeds of up to 6 Tbps anywhere on Earth. This multi-orbit constellation consists of optically interconnected satellites in both Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), providing enterprise-grade connectivity for critical operations worldwide. TeraWave represents one of Blue Origin's most ambitious and high-impact new business ventures — and building the team behind it starts with exceptional talent. As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters responsible for delivering top talent across TeraWave. You will drive the development of innovative pipeline channels, candidate engagement strategies, and streamlined interview processes to meet ambitious hiring goals and enable the business to achieve its mission. You will establish clear goals, leverage data to drive decisions, and build a talent acquisition function that consistently delivers a pipeline of top-quality candidates.
