About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within business services or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and diversity hiring principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills daily to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and expectations.
• Analytical skills are applied to interpret recruitment data and market trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques and technology tools supports efficient identification and engagement of high-quality candidates.
• Negotiation and influencing skills are essential when managing offers and securing candidate acceptance while maintaining organizational standards.
• The ability to coach and advise hiring managers enhances the overall recruitment process, fostering a collaborative and effective hiring environment.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or AIRS Certified Recruiter.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and emerging hiring trends.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and selection decisions.
• Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels and hiring outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions for hiring teams on recruitment policies, diversity and inclusion, and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and networks to expand candidate pipelines when necessary.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance quality of hire.
