About The Position

Guardian Tax is growing, and we're looking for a ROCKSTAR RECRUITER who knows how to find great people, move quickly, and GET HIRES! This isn't a position for someone who wants to sit back and wait for applications to roll in. We're looking for an energetic, organized, competitive recruiter who knows how to source talent, sell candidates on an opportunity, and keep the hiring pipeline moving. Guardian Tax is a growing tax resolution company with a fast-paced, energetic workplace. We're serious about results, but we also believe work should be somewhere you actually enjoy coming every day. We're looking for someone who wants to build a team, make an impact, and grow with us. This is a full-time, 100% IN-OFFICE position in Irvine, California. Remote and hybrid applicants will not be considered. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience REQUIRED.
HIGH ENERGY and outgoing
Confident on the phone
Competitive and motivated by goals
Extremely organized
A strong communicator
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Persistent without being pushy
Able to identify great candidates quickly
Comfortable managing multiple open positions at once
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new recruiting platforms
Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for sales, call centers, tax, financial services, customer service, or other high-volume positions is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Recruit for multiple positions across our growing company
Source and identify qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns
Track recruiting activity, interviews, offers, hires, and retention
Work closely with HR and department managers to meet hiring goals
Help develop creative new ways to attract top talent
