About The Position

The Sr Recruiter will recruit for a specific team or function, or other areas as assigned. The role focuses on attracting top talent and building qualified candidate pools for current and future openings. The recruiter will manage requisitions and recruiting systems, partner with hiring managers and leadership, and provide market insights and analytics to support staffing decisions. This is a 6–12 month contract position.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment required.
Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
Must project a strong business presence and be able to instill confidence in clients and deliver results.

Nice To Haves

7+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

Attract top talent and develop qualified candidate pools for current and future openings.
Pre-screen candidates and manage recruiting-related projects.
Partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies and provide candidates for open positions.
Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools aligned with business priorities.
Manage open job requisitions and update and manage the SmartRecruiters ATS.
Achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
Compile and communicate knowledge-base materials, industry overviews, market trends, data, and analytics to team members and business leaders.
Prepare and approve offer packages and provide equity and market competitiveness research.
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and applicant tracking policies, practices, and reporting requirements.
Build business partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on staffing activities and issues.
