About The Position

This job contributes to Starbucks success by supporting and optimizing the performance of the company’s real estate portfolio. This position is responsible for analyzing portfolio metrics, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving insights across lease negotiations, capital planning, and portfolio strategy. The role partners closely with real estate, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment between occupancy costs, market conditions, and long-term business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate analysis, portfolio management, or corporate real estate
• Experience supporting multi-site, national or regional portfolios (retail preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or related field
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel expertise required).
• Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and real estate economics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with real estate systems and tools (CoStar, Tableau/Power BI, lease management systems).

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance through data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations that optimize real estate investments and occupancy costs.
• Support lease renewal and portfolio strategies by evaluating lease economics, market conditions, and transaction opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and Operations teams to develop executive reporting, portfolio insights, and data-driven business recommendations.
