Sr. Quality Engineer

CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Quality Engineer to design, develop and execute testing for software applications and platforms to identify software problems and root causes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- Five (5) years of experience with SAP Central Finance
- Five (5) years of experience with Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles
- Five (5) years of experience with Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Five (5) years of experience with JIRA, Rally, or Confluence
- Five (5) years of experience with SAP FIORI
- Five (5) years of experience with Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
- Five (5) years of experience with Domain support for healthcare or retail organization
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end test plans, test scenarios, and test cases and upload in Rally
- Document defects for software releases using Rally to track bugs and report defects to developers on a daily basis for timely resolution
- Support requirements gathering for cross-functional teams using Agile methodology
- Participate in product design reviews with Development teams, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to discuss business requirements, test planning and scheduling, resource utilization, and Test Case review and management
- Work with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance to achieve test plans
- Provide data validation using SQL queries to retrieve relevant data from the database
- Set up data for User Acceptance by business teams
- Develop testing programs, assign and track daily tasks, and provide regular status reports to project management and stakeholders
