About The Position

Responsible for the connection and interface between Quality to Integrated Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Customer facing organizations. Focused on enabling flow, improving quality, and ensuring Clear To Build (CTB) risks to the business are minimized. This role will act as a tactical leader, process improvement owner, and mentor to others within the team to optimize quality to enable delivery for all Combat & Trainer Engine (CTE) product lines. This role will report to the Defense Quality & Delivery Integration Leader and will support all F110 CTE product lines. This role supports the Combat & Trainer Engine (CTE) organization, which includes all F110 product lines and related product lines that power key military & commercial platforms. As part of the Defense Quality & Delivery Integration team, you will work at the intersection of quality, integrated manufacturing, engineering, operations, and customer-facing organizations to ensure business commits are met with the highest possible quality. The position may be based in Lynn, MA, Evendale, OH , or Remote, US with collaboration & travel expected across multiple GE Aerospace sites as well as domestic and global suppliers. The Sr. Quality & Delivery Integration Program Manager – CTE is responsible for enabling flow, improving quality, and ensuring Clear To Build (CTB) risks to the business are minimized across all F110 product lines . You will serve as a tactical leader and process improvement focal, owning critical interfaces between Quality, Integrated Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customer-facing teams. In this role, you will lead efforts to resolve constraints, optimize quality strategies, and mentor others to elevate the quality of our products to enable delivery. This role reports to the Defense Quality & Delivery Integration Leader .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, related technical field or 7 years of experience in related fields such as procurement, planning, manufacturing, or fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality efforts across F110 product lines by interfacing between engineering, supply chain, and product line teams at the part-number and supplier level, including managing multiple parts and suppliers where needed to reduce MRB, improve delivery, and where necessary improve MRB first time yield through DCMA.
  • Support customer delivery and performance communications by partnering with Integrated Manufacturing and the Defense Quality & Delivery Integration Leader on part-specific and process-specific deep dives.
  • Develop and implement quality strategies for critical hardware, including suppliers and initiatives that impact more than one CTE product line.
  • Identify and resolve constraints that impact Clear to Build (CTB) and Operational Output Targets (OOT) for engines and spares, using data-driven analysis and structured problem solving.
  • Apply sound judgment and technical expertise to solve complex tasks, make data-supported decisions, and prioritize actions across multiple programs.
  • Use data to target the most impactful problems across CTE product lines and lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts that result in implemented and sustained countermeasures.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues with less experience , both within and outside the quality organization, sharing best practices on defect reduction and MRB FTY.
  • Communicate effectively across functions and levels , building consensus and influencing outcomes in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Travel as needed to support on-site engagement with vendors and partners.
