Job Summary: Leads development of proposal and presentation materials while integrating client insights, market intelligence, and project information into pursuit strategies and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, pursuits, or business development within the construction or related industry required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with preconstruction, operations, and estimating teams to integrate technical and project information into pursuit deliverables.
• Analyzes client and market information to inform pursuit strategies and messaging.
• Maintains multiple pursuit content libraries, templates, and visual assets to support consistency and efficiency.
• Facilitates post-pursuit reviews to document lessons learned and contribute to best practice development.
• Provides guidance to Pursuits Specialists on document preparation and adherence to quality standards.
