About The Position

We partner with global organizations to deliver integrated programs that scale across markets, languages, and regulatory environments. Our work spans digital content, virtual and live experiences, and platform-based solutions, with this Sr. Project Manager role at the center of delivery. As a Sr. Project Manager, you are responsible for end‑to‑end project management and day‑to‑day client leadership across assigned programs. You ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards, while building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence. You will lead complex, multi-market initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones. This role blends project leadership, client partnership, and content-driven execution, overseeing the planning and delivery of digital content, campaigns, and experiences across multiple markets. Success in this role requires strong organizational rigor, the ability to manage detailed workstreams, and a focus on driving high-quality, scalable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a client-centric, project-based environment managing multiple projects and/or events simultaneously.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Events, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Open to travel as required by the project.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including building and managing detailed project plans, workback schedules, budgets, and critical path dependencies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels within global or multi-market programs.
  • Familiarity with localization, translation, and market-specific compliance requirements.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

  • PMP certification (or equivalent) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client lead, managing scope, risks, and escalations while building strong, trusted relationships and deep understanding of client objectives.
  • Lead stakeholder communications and execution, delivering clear updates, resolving issues, and coordinating virtual events and webinar trainings end-to-end.
  • Align and navigate stakeholders across markets, ensuring regional priorities, cultural nuances, and business needs are reflected in delivery.
  • Manage internal and client-facing SharePoint environments and digital content libraries, including organization, permissions, version control, and governance standards.
  • Own the end-to-end content management workflow, coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, legal, compliance, translation, digital) to move content efficiently from intake through approval, publishing, and archiving.
  • Oversee localization and regional adaptation, ensuring content is translated appropriately and meets market-specific cultural and regulatory needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance through strong version control, asset tracking, audit trails, and adherence to brand, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage content deployment across multiple regions and markets, ensuring consistency while accommodating local adaptations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across all phases of project delivery (planning through closeout), leveraging traditional, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed workback schedules, budgets, timelines, and risk registers, with clear milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Drive alignment and execution through project governance (kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives), ensuring clear communication and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively manage interdependencies across functions (e.g., creative, production, legal, translation, digital) and geographies, ensuring alignment across time zones and global teams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance client outcomes, and introduce innovative delivery approaches.
  • Manage project financials across single and multi-market programs, ensuring profitability, budget adherence, and optimized regional allocations.
  • Forecast, track, and report on project performance, including financial health, risks, milestones, and key deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, accurate reporting and insights to support decision-making, billing alignment, and overall project success.
