About the role
Job Summary
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing experienced professionals and implementing short-term strategies and policies. The role includes overseeing technical projects, ensuring quality standards, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ experienced to senior expert-level employees.
This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Requirements

• University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in technical project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical project teams.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
