About The Position

The Senior Project Manager – Marketing is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that support the strategic goals of the Marketing department. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage complex initiatives from concept to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of project management experience within marketing, innovation, or cross-functional business environments.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and deadline-driven setting.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (certification a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of marketing-related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with marketing and business strategies.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables, keeping key stakeholders informed with regular updates.
  • Oversee project execution for e-commerce initiatives, including website enhancements, product launches, and digital merchandising campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among project teams, marketing leadership, and external partners.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure transparent communication around goals, progress, and obstacles.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and best practices in project management.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to support strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Advocate for and implement scalable workflows that improve team efficiency and delivery.
  • Manage and allocate project resources effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing leadership to plan and optimize resource needs.
