About The Position

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating all operational aspects of department‑level projects that have significant impact across multiple organizations and functions. This role serves as the primary liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Chemistry or Biology preferred) or Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Biotech Engineering preferred)
Experience in Project Management is required along with one of the following:
Doctorate + 2 years of experience
Master’s Degree + 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years of experience
Associate’s Degree + 10 years of experience
Fluent business English and Spanish, written and oral

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP, Trackwise and Project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Change Control experience
Skills in handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
Skills in working under time pressure.
Practical project management software and spreadsheet skills, proficient computer operation skills.
Effective interactions in a team or matrixes environment
Good organizational skills, detail-oriented & accurate, analytical skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills (writing and presentations).
Must be capable of growth and increased responsibility.
Understanding and experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules.
Experience with SAP, Trackwise and Project management tools preferred.
Highly proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
