About The Position

We are looking for a Sr. Technical Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. This is not a role for someone looking for an existing playbook—you will be creating processes from scratch, ensuring projects run smoothly while keeping clients satisfied. You will be the bridge between clients and developers, ensuring clear expectations, project alignment, and high-quality deliverables. This role requires an outstanding communicator with excellent English skills, both written and spoken. You should be comfortable leading client calls, presenting updates, and translating technical details into clear business insights. Additionally, you must be able to develop and manage project roadmaps, ensuring that all tasks, milestones, and deadlines are clearly defined and achievable. You will report directly to the Head of Product Innovation as well as the CEO. You don’t wait for processes—you build them. You thrive in chaos and bring order without slowing things down. You spot issues before they turn into problems. You can juggle multiple projects without losing sight of quality. You get things done with speed, clarity, and efficiency. You do everything with pride.

Requirements

4+ years in project management, ideally in software. Potentially part of an agency.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
Understand PM Tools. We have an in house tool we use.
Type A personality: highly organized, fast, and detail-driven.
Excellent communicator (written and spoken English).
Comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams.
Startup mindset—proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

Own project execution – manage multiple projects at once, knowing exactly what matters most each day.
Prioritize and delegate – make sure the right people are working on the right tasks at the right time.
Build and streamline processes – use tools (including AI) to make work faster and easier for everyone.
Communicate daily – keep leadership, clients, and teams aligned with clear updates and objectives.
Spot and solve problems – anticipate risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving forward.
Ensure quality – deliver high standards on every project before it reaches a client.
