Whilst we have had a lot of success over the past 10 years, and have grown exponentially, we need to make changes to the way we work if we’re going to achieve this vision. With that in mind, we are embarking on our biggest ever period of transformation - investing time and money to connect consumers, our clients and our partners to each other, and to the elevated experiences they want and expect from us. As part of this, we are establishing a new Transformation team and require a Project Manager to support in the delivery of key initiatives. Initially the plan is for the successful candidate to support the appropriate business area to deliver the transformation project by the target date. The Project Manager will be part of a dynamic resource pool, with the flexibility to be allocated to different projects within the business area. The assigned Project requires a senior leader with exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills to oversee the scoping, planning and execution of this complex, cross-functional initiative. The successful candidate will be output-oriented, rigorous in his/her attention to detail, comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and able to motivate teams to deliver on time, on budget and to quality standards.
