We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and direct projects ranging from $2M to $8M. This role requires a strong focus on quality delivery and profitability through effective planning, scheduling, and team management, ensuring project goals are met within the company's policies and objectives. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for employee training and development, collaborating with other departments to achieve strategic company goals, and providing exceptional customer service to build strong customer trust and relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry in capacities providing direct experience and exposure to Project Manager duties.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer relations and problem solving.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical system operations.
  • Accomplished team player.
  • Solid computer and online navigation skills.
  • Exceptional math, communication, and reasoning abilities.
  • Exceptional business acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or a combination of direct experience and education indicating proficiency in performing Project Manager duties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for successful project completion for projects ranging from $2M to $8M.
  • Ensure quality delivery and profitability of jobs by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team.
  • Ensure schedule and project goals for the job are met.
  • Perform work within the policies, ethical standards, and objectives of Hermanson Company.
  • Be responsible for employee training and development.
  • Coordinate with other departments or group managers to help meet strategic company goals.
  • Provide world-class customer service and build strong customer trust and relationships.
