About The Position

This role is seeking a Project Manager to support Data Conversion, Reporting, and Data Warehouse re-platforming. The position is responsible for managing critical technical workstreams including conversion, reporting, and integrations. The Project Manager will ensure technical activities impacting ERP systems are completed and refined for deployment. This role involves leading the development team to ensure converted data, reporting, and integrations are ready for deployment. The ideal candidate will lead and manage conversion, data warehouse, and middleware re-platforming projects, and guide a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of these areas. The role requires an experienced professional with a broad understanding of industry best practices, business processes, and solutions, providing expertise from requirements/design through implementation. The candidate must ensure designs align with current requirements and future business direction, communicate with functional teams to understand business requirements, and write design/technical documents. This role also involves coordinating and managing the development team, guiding development tasks, working with integrators on issue resolution, configuring in-house tools, leading testing and debugging, managing workplans and project documentation, and providing status reporting to management.

Requirements

Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience.
Experience managing a technical team, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
Experience developing and maintaining project plans with MS Project.
Experience with SDLC hybrid Agile.
Experience using Atlassian JIRA.
Extensive experience using cloud-based integration tools and Oracle ERP systems, Oracle Fusion (SaaS) & Oracle EBS Modules.
8+ years' experience on RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), BI Publisher Reports, Fusion Reports, Integrated Cloud Services (ICS), Workflow Customization and Form Personalization.
Experience with various development methodologies such as Waterfall, and Agile (SCRUM).
Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components and capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns.
Experience with Application Integration with Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus and with Oracle Integration Cloud.
Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications etc. in the solution.
Experience of integrating different multi-cloud applications and on-premise applications.
Working knowledge of web service development and architecture (SOAP/REST).
Strong Experience of Integration frameworks offered by SaaS applications including Web Services, SOAP, WSDL.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Candidates must be Local to the DMV area.
Demonstrated significant experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams.
Demonstrated significant experience working closely with SIs on complex enterprise implementations.

Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience in working with third-party systems.
Experience in cloud-based ERP deployments.
5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM integration and development.
5+ years of experience in leading and managing projects.
Experience overseeing SI-led implementations (preferable).

Works with integrator on resolution of issues with delivered functionality.
Configures or reconfigures in-house tools for administration purposes or to support business processes.
Leads the testing and debugging of impacted applications.
Manages and updates workplans and project documentation.
Provides status reporting of work in progress to management.
Oversees SI-led implementations, challenges the SI on approach, timelines, deliverables, and risk management.
Ensures leadership remains well-informed through consistent communication and status reporting.
