About The Position

Five Star Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for its Midtown Bus Terminal project site in New York City. Reporting to the Project Executive, the Sr. Project Manager leads a team of project managers, engineers, and administrative staff and oversees projects from inception through completion. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards, and delivers projects within budget, on schedule, and to high quality and service standards. The Sr. Project Manager also builds and maintains client relationships, communicates directly with clients, and provides technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.

The expected salary range is $170,000–$205,000, depending on experience. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future. Staffing agency candidates will not be considered. Five Star Electric is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• 15+ years of successful project management experience.
• Experience managing an integrated team on large, complex, multi-phase programs consisting of multiple project elements.
• Demonstrated experience providing team leadership in an integrated project delivery organization.
• Ability to organize project information, prepare reports and presentations, and interact and communicate with different departments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field is preferred.
