Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in project management in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in the design and development of integrated RF front-end modules, including technologies such as Filters, Silicon ICs, and Power Amplifiers (PAs) for mobile and wireless platforms.
• Experience managing detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, Wrike, and Excel, ensuring timely completion across all project phases.
• Experience coordinating efforts across product design, test engineering, packaging, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), customer samples, and ramp readiness activities by collaborating closely with operations and manufacturing teams.
• Solid understanding of radio frequency products with complex multichip Bill of materials.
• Systems and applications experience.
• Ability to work with support engineering team in aligning KPIs and Production values.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers for key milestones and deliverables with the marketing team.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design and development of integrated RF front-end modules, including technologies such as Filters, Silicon ICs, and Power Amplifiers (PAs) for mobile and wireless platforms.
• Manage detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, Wrike, and Excel, ensuring timely completion across all project phases.
• Coordinate efforts across product design, test engineering, packaging, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), customer samples, and ramp readiness activities by collaborating closely with operations and manufacturing teams.
• Define and execute the program schedule for multiple projects in parallel.
• Follow and improve the company’s Product Development Process (PDP).
• Lead teams of subject matter experts from in and out of APBU (cross-functional).
• Improve predictability of development programs via Lean concepts, best practices, lessons learned.
• Report the project status to the business unit staff, project team, and marketing organization.
