About The Position

The Sr Project Manager/Market Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. This role involves managing field teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or operations, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Direct and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and construction staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Identify areas for improvement in current workflows and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with the Field Operations Director to maintain and improve quality control measures across all projects.
Manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure optimal utilization and project success.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
