THE OPPORTUNITY The Sr. Project Manager, Construction is responsible for the oversight, performance, and delivery of a portfolio of large-scale residential construction projects on behalf of CreateTO, from pre-construction through close-out and transition to property management. As the owner’s representative, the role provides leadership and accountability for construction projects, ensuring that developers, contractors, consultants, and service providers deliver projects safely, on schedule, within approved budgets, and in accordance with defined scope, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Reporting to the Vice President, Construction and Environment, the Sr. Project Manager provides strategic and operational input on construction priorities, delivery approaches, and resource requirements across the project portfolio.
