About The Position

The role involves leading capital projects for manufacturing processes and equipment, analyzing data to improve processes, optimizing plant performance, and serving as a technical consultant. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
  • 6–12 years of relevant industry experience
  • Background in chemical manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong process engineering knowledge
  • Experience with engineering design methods
  • Familiarity with PLC/DCS systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the scoping, design, and execution of capital projects for manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Analyze data, improve processes, and implement changes to optimize plant performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Serve as a technical consultant, providing engineering expertise across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Travel 30–50% to support project execution.
