About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support engineering and capital projects at a commercial nuclear power plant. This role combines technical engineering expertise with project support responsibilities to ensure plant modifications and engineering activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in developing and reviewing engineering packages, calculations, specifications, and design change documentation
• Capability to provide technical support for plant modifications, equipment upgrades, and capital projects
• Strong interface skills with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management teams
• Experience with field walkdowns, troubleshooting, technical evaluations, and issue resolution
• Ability to support outage planning and execution
• Skills in tracking project deliverables, schedules, and technical action items
• Knowledge of station procedures, design requirements, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop and review engineering packages, calculations, specifications, and design change documentation
• Provide technical support for plant modifications, equipment upgrades, and capital projects
• Interface with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management teams to support project execution
• Perform field walkdowns, troubleshooting, technical evaluations, and issue resolution
• Support outage planning and execution activities as assigned
• Track project deliverables, schedules, and technical action items
• Ensure compliance with station procedures, design requirements, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations
