About The Position

The Sr. Project Analyst I is responsible for scheduling and managing specific and detailed activities related to one or more development projects. This role works closely to support the Program Management team on various administrative related tasks. Sr. Project Analyst I's at Tandem are also responsible for: Works with the project team to plan/schedule the completion of the required documentation to support a project's Design History File (DHF) or Regulatory filings. Manages cross-functional meetings for review and approval of product documentation. Creates and maintains a "Document Tracker" with up-to-date information as a record of all documentation created per project. Track project deliverables to ensure timely completion to support the project timelines and communicates to key stakeholders to ensure timely completion for project workflow. Facilitates Design Reviews and supporting documentation. Supports Project Phase Exits and the presentations. Maintains up to date content on team's shared Confluence spaces. Creates and maintains other spreadsheets as needed to support project needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to stay organized when supporting multiple projects and project managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project teams and management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in the medical device industry or an ISO regulated environment.
  • Proficient with Confluence and JIRA, or equivalent tools.
  • Experienced with MS Project.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in a related field or a combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • 4 years working in a supporting role in an office environment.
