Requirements

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and presentation materials in support of PM priorities, weekly and monthly status reviews, CDRL deliverables, and overall program execution.
  • Review candidate résumés, conduct Labor Category (LCAT) compliance verification, and participate in interviews and customer meet and greet sessions to support contract staffing efforts.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, monthly status reports, personnel reports, briefings, timesheets, and program documentation for government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Analyze contract modifications (MODs), review funding realignments, and ensure alignment with program objectives, deliverables, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with government customers, PMs, subcontractors, contract teams, and talent acquisition personnel to support seamless project execution and issue resolution.
  • Monitor contract personnel compliance requirements and expiration tracking, and serve as the secondary point of contact in support of contract operations.
  • Organize and coordinate monthly status reports (MSRs) from Team Leads and Subcontractors.
  • Ensure that MSRs are correct and accurate prior to delivery to Contracts Team for complete and concise distribution.
