PG&E is seeking an experienced program manager to serve as a Senior Program Manager within Electric Risk and Compliance. In this role, you will drive delivery of key governance and execution initiatives—including direct support of leadership forums and committees and the end‑to‑end management of commitments and corrective actions. You will translate complex priorities into clear program plans, drive disciplined execution, and ensure leaders have visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions. The Senior Program Manager will partner closely with Governance, Compliance, Electric Operations, Engineering, Wildfire, Regulatory Affairs, and Data & Tools teams to align agendas, materials, action tracking, and decision follow‑through for key leadership forums and committees. This role will also strengthen commitment execution by improving planning, change control, and performance visibility across owners. Success requires strong stakeholder leadership, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to operate effectively across ambiguity in a highly regulated environment. The selected candidate must live within PG&E’s service territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
