About The Position

As a Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing, leading and overseeing the successful execution of offset and industrial participation programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex programs that ensure compliance with industrial participation requirements while aligning with Honeywell’s strategic objectives. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's offset and industrial participation initiatives. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and enhancement of offset and industrial participation programs specifically identified in Canada, S. Korea, and the UAE, as well as developing growth opportunities in a business development role to not only to support compliance with contractual obligations but also to foster strong relationships with government and industry partners. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in program delivery.
