Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. Are you passionate about transforming how people learn at scale? We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for Amazon Flex WW Learning team to lead our global learning strategy and execution to drive measurable impact for the business. In this role, you will own the learning roadmap, partnering cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and regional teams to deliver the most relevant, timely, and engaging learning experiences that improve delivery partner safety, quality, performance, and confidence. You'll shape how Amazon Flex delivery partners onboard, grow, and succeed at a global scale. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in program and stakeholder management, is a strong writer and communicator, and is resourceful. You are a ‘hands-on’ person with high level of autonomy and you are not afraid to drive results from the front. This will be a high-visibility role, meaning you are comfortable with driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and interacting with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience writing clear and concise business strategy documents for executive audiences

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the WW learning strategy and 12-month roadmap, leading quarterly business reviews with cross-organizational leadership
  • Define, track, and report key business metrics to surface high-value actions and inform investment strategy
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-regional mechanisms to consolidate insights and prioritize learning initiatives
  • Partner with product, tech, learning design, marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver lifecycle-based, cross-channel learning experiences
  • Leverage engagement with learning program as a foundational input to drive desired business outcomes
  • Leverage GenAI within program management processes to enhance scalability and sustainability
