This role contributes significantly to the learning and development of PitchBook employees. The Sr. Program Manager, Employee Development is a strategic, enterprise‑focused role responsible for building the capabilities PitchBook employees need to succeed today and adapt for the future. This includes driving PitchBook’s enterprise AI learning and skill‑building strategy, while continuing to own and manage core employee development programs that reinforce our values, competencies, and skills‑based approach to growth. In the near term, this role plays a central role in designing and delivering enterprise‑wide AI learning and enablement, ensuring employees, managers, and departments have the confidence, capability, and practical skills to use AI responsibly and effectively in their work. In parallel, this role owns and evolves foundational learning experiences that onboard employees to the PitchBook Values and support development against our core competencies and skills. Through this work, the Sr. Program Manager helps advance PitchBook’s long‑term goal of becoming a skills‑based organization, where development is clear, practical, and aligned to real work and business outcomes. This role partners closely with Learning & Development teammates, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to align capability‑building with PitchBook’s strategy, workforce needs, and people priorities. The Sr. Program Manager applies their expertise in learning and talent development to assess needs, propose and build solutions, and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives that help employees grow their skills and experience, build networks, and further their career aspirations.
