As the Employee Experience Program Manager, you will partner across the organization to develop, manage, and scale critical employee-facing programs, initiatives, and operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional program management skills, partner management, and change leadership. The Program Manager will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards and Employee Services and key projects will include, but not limited to: Workforce Housing Project, Near-Site Childcare, Onsite Food Service, Onsite Fitness Center, Other Major Benefit Initiatives.
