About The Position

As a Sr Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing program control activities to ensure successful project execution. You will be responsible for working closely with UOP Equipment execution teams (technical experts, project leads, and project managers) in planning, creating, and managing project schedules and to provide Project Controls deliverables for new and existing UOP Equipment projects and proposals. You will be responsible for monitoring project schedules, costs, risks, and performance metrics, providing critical insights and recommendations to support program success. You will report directly to our Sr Program Controls Director and you’ll work out of our Palmetto, Florida location on an Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery by ensuring that all program controls processes are followed and optimized, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell’s projects and strategic objectives.
