About The Position

Creates and maintains production schedules for manufacturing operations based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity. The Sr Production Scheduler monitors materials inventories and production progress, reviews factors affecting schedules, and adjusts plans to meet customer demands. The role collaborates with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources, identifies and resolves production issues or bottlenecks, and works to improve scheduling efficiency and minimize downtime. Uses SAP for production scheduling and material tracking. Performs scheduling tasks under general supervision, with limited experience and judgment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in production scheduling or a related area.
• Experience creating and maintaining production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Experience collaborating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
• Experience monitoring production progress and resolving scheduling bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within production scheduling.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work under general supervision with a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
